Community Councillor Vacancies

Community Vacancies

We have vacancies for two members of the local community to join the Community Council with immediate effect, and we would love to hear from any individuals who are interested in becoming a Community Councillor.

We are looking for people from our local community who have an interest in maximising the potential of local children; are fully committed to the continuing success of our school; and are willing to spend some time helping to achieve these things. The role is voluntary (with no pay) but the satisfaction of playing a big part in making a positive difference to the life chances of our students is extremely rewarding.

No special qualifications are needed for the role and training is available for all members, including a full induction.   Please see below a copy of the Community Council Handbook which provides further information about the role, what is involved, and the areas of focus for the Community Council.

For further information about the role, or to submit an application, please contact our Community Council Clerk, Louise Daniel at hillprimary@hillingdonprimaryschool.org.uk.

Unfortunately parents and carers are not eligible for these positions as we are now at our full complement for this category of councillor.
