Sabrina Kelly
Co-Principal

Sabrina was appointed as Co-Principal of HPS in January 2024, however she began her teaching career with us in February 2007, and progressed to Vice Principal in September 2018.

Samina Saidiya
Co-Principal

Samina was appointed as co-Principal of HPS in January 2024, following 5 successful years as part of the school's senior leadership team.

Raj Jhuti (Chair)

Raj has two sons who were previously students at HPS but have since moved on to secondary school.  He also serves as a Governor at his sons’ secondary school which provides him with a well-rounded view of education as a whole and how we can support our students to successfully transition to the next stage of their education.  Raj’s background is in finance, and he has a particular interest in the impact of pupil premium funding on students’ achievement.  His interest in supporting disadvantaged individuals extends beyond school: Raj volunteers once a week with a local charity for the homeless, supporting them to provide a hot meal, non-perishable food and clothes to those in need.

Sunny Karwal

Sunny has children at our school and is passionate about how the school runs; its ethos and values; leaders' ambition for the school’s curriculum; and the school's children and staff members. Professionally, he has over 15 years of strong digital experience working with corporate companies to help them exceed their goals, and he is keen to use these skills to help the school. He is also currently the ‘Chair’ for a Cultural & Ethnic Diversity network and helps to lead the strategy and initiatives for this. In his spare time, Sunny likes to volunteer, give back to the community and keep a clear mind by going to the gym.

Laura Mitchell

Laura has worked at Hillingdon Primary School since January 2022, having worked at a different local school for the previous 22 years!  She joined the school as a middle leader, before becoming Assistant Principal in 2022 and then Vice Principal in 2024.  Laura is very passionate about teaching, with a particular interest in reading, as well as championing extra-curricular activities. 

Ms Ines De Montcler

Ines has been a class teacher at HPS since February 2017. She started in Reception but is now teaching in Year 1 and has been for several years. She is particularly passionate about teaching and leading the Computing curriculum in our school. She is keen to introduce and be the ambassador for new innovations for educational practice: using new apps and websites to support and transform children’s learning in the classroom. She is also keen to support young teachers entering the profession and has mentored several student teachers and Early Career Teachers to start their career as reflective teachers.

Tish Reel

Tish has daughters in our school. Outside of her involvement with the Community Council, Tish works in family law and volunteers with various voluntary organisations.  She has a passion for working to achieve fairness and equality, and accessibility to services and support for disadvantaged or marginalised members of society.  In her spare time, Tish enjoys reading avidly and going for a run or a swim!
